In their own words
Flick
Flick is a social media marketing platform with scheduling, hashtag search, analytics, and writing tools. Its AI assistant helps with strategy, planning, content creation, captions, and ideas tailored to a business. Scheduling supports Instagram posts and Reels, plus posts for Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Hashtag search works in more than 20 languages, and Instagram analytics cover account, content, audience activity, and hashtag performance. Flick is available in a web browser and through iOS and Android apps. Plans differ by social profiles, user logins, and monthly post allowances: Solo includes four profiles, one login, 30 scheduled posts per social per month, and 30 tracked Instagram posts per month. Pro includes eight profiles and two logins, with unlimited scheduled and tracked Instagram posts. Agency includes 20 profiles and five logins, also with unlimited post allowances. Flick has no free plan but offers a 7-day trial. A subscription is activated and charged after the trial unless canceled; canceling during the trial avoids a charge. Listed prices exclude tax, which is added to invoices. Subscriptions can be canceled at any time from the billing page.
Hashtag.org Hashtag Metrics
Hashtag.org Hashtag Metrics is a free web and API service for live hashtag usage, related tags, top posts, engagement and posting hours. No login is required, and the directory offers browsing across 1,251,230 measured tags. Usage counts come from Mastodon public tags, trends and search APIs, while post metrics come from the Bluesky public search API. Mastodon counts cover roughly seven days; Bluesky metrics use the latest sample of posts. Every figure includes a named source and fetch time, while values that cannot be measured appear as a dash. Metrics for X, Instagram and TikTok are omitted because their numbers are behind paid APIs. The same measurements are available as JSON at `/api/hashtags/`. The service also describes an auction with public bids for claiming a hashtag as a #name on the hashtag.org network. The free plan costs nothing.
