In their own words
Flick
Flick is a social media marketing platform with scheduling, hashtag search, analytics, and writing tools. Its AI assistant helps with strategy, planning, content creation, captions, and ideas tailored to a business. Scheduling supports Instagram posts and Reels, plus posts for Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Hashtag search works in more than 20 languages, and Instagram analytics cover account, content, audience activity, and hashtag performance. Flick is available in a web browser and through iOS and Android apps. Plans differ by social profiles, user logins, and monthly post allowances: Solo includes four profiles, one login, 30 scheduled posts per social per month, and 30 tracked Instagram posts per month. Pro includes eight profiles and two logins, with unlimited scheduled and tracked Instagram posts. Agency includes 20 profiles and five logins, also with unlimited post allowances. Flick has no free plan but offers a 7-day trial. A subscription is activated and charged after the trial unless canceled; canceling during the trial avoids a charge. Listed prices exclude tax, which is added to invoices. Subscriptions can be canceled at any time from the billing page.
RiteTag
RiteTag provides hashtag suggestions for text and images using real-time hashtag engagement. It can suggest tags for words or shorter text on websites and mobile devices, and for images, including those for Instagram and Pinterest. Its browser extension works on sites where users manage social profiles, including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Buffer, and Hootsuite. Users can group and compare hashtags in Tag Sets and use those sets with RiteForge and RiteBoost. A subscription includes Android and iOS apps and a combined allowance of 1,000 suggestion queries per month across mobile apps and browser extensions. API access and Hashtag Reports are excluded; reports are charged separately based on data volume. RiteTag offers a 7-day trial. After it expires, users who do not upgrade can use the site for research and Hashtag Sets, but not the apps or browser extension. The listed RiteTag plan costs $49 a year.
