A free account allows up to five projects; each free project supports three floors and three designs, while SD Lite exports are 960 × 540 pixels and carry a watermark. AI Convert takes a JPG, PNG, or PDF plan and turns walls, doors, and windows into editable project elements in under five seconds. FloorCapture uses LiDAR on an iPhone or iPad to capture a property and produce an editable floor plan. Outputs include 2D and 3D plans, AI renders, Live 3D walkthroughs, and 360 views. Projects are stored in the cloud and available across devices; the app also works offline and syncs again when connected. It runs on Windows, Mac, iPad, and Android tablets. Phones use the web portal and cannot draw or edit floor plans in the app. Credits cover projects, several visual outputs, AI Convert, FloorCapture, and ordered plans. A free plan is available; Pro costs $12 a month billed annually ($144 per year).
