In their own words
FloorWizard
FloorWizard is an internet-accessible system for scheduling, estimating, selling, and managing flooring jobs. It measures projects, estimates materials and labor, supports refiguring estimates around alternate materials, and includes on-site closing functions. Project tools include tracking, appointment scheduling, search, reporting, and team assignments. Projects can be accessed from internet-enabled computers and shared between remote locations through a managed central database that FloorSoft says has no additional hosting cost. User access levels can be customized by type, and administrators can control access to projects. The system can create installation documents and email documents directly to customers. Measurement workflows support a Tablet PC and Bluetooth laser, including the Leica e7100i. FloorWizard also supports takeoff measurements, material orders, installation scheduling, job costing, invoicing, and payments. FloorSoft describes it for flooring retailers, installers, restoration businesses, and renovation companies. Pricing is on request, and the product page offers a free demo. The setup guide specifies Windows XP or higher and Internet Explorer 7 or higher for desktop access; Mac access requires third-party software that replicates Windows. FloorSoft says support is available 24/7 and provides training guides and videos.
ProjectsForce 360°
ProjectsForce 360° is contractor management software for field service businesses, with tools for leads, scheduling, field work, inventory, and payments. Leads from web forms, calls, referrals, walk-ins, and retail program feeds enter a visual sales pipeline. AI scheduling uses weather, job requirements, and crew availability to recommend project dates. Its iOS and Android app lets crews review job details, update job status, upload photos, and collect digital signatures; the platform is also available on the web. Inventory tools track materials from warehouse to job site and assign them to installations. Completed work can generate invoices, with online card or ACH payments through an invoice link. The platform includes a calendar schedule view, client portal, and accounting sync. Starter costs $495 a month for up to 15 users. Growth adds $29 a month per user for users 16–25, on top of the base. Scale has custom pricing for volumes above 25 users. A 14-day trial is available, but there is no free plan. Mobile field users beyond the listed allowance may be charged $9 each.
