In their own words

FlowyForm

FlowyForm is a web-based form and survey builder for collecting information through engaging forms. Its stated uses include lead generation, surveys, quizzes, registrations, and client intake. Forms can collect contact details, signatures, files, ratings, rankings, and date or time selections. Conditional logic, calculators, and answer piping let later questions respond to earlier answers. The site offers more than 300 templates, and forms can be embedded on websites through embed code, including sites made with major frameworks and builders. Listed integrations are Google Sheets, Slack, Zapier, and webhooks; FlowyForm says Zapier connects it to over 5,000 apps. The free Standard plan costs nothing and includes unlimited forms and submissions, e-signatures, file uploads, conditional logic, answer piping, Google Sheets sync, Zapier and Slack, and webhooks. Professional costs $29 a month and adds branding removal, partial submissions, custom SMTP and email branding, increased upload limits, advanced analytics, workspaces, and team collaboration. Security information lists TLS 1.2 encryption in transit and encryption at rest. There is no free trial.

GatherMonk

GatherMonk collects documents, forms, files, information and signatures from people outside an organization through structured requests. Requests can include checklists, uploads, e-signatures, reminders, submission tracking and approval or rejection. Branded Client Portals provide passwordless email-link access to requests and guides. Built-in forms support uploads and signatures and can be embedded on websites. Transfers share files through secure links with open tracking, and the maker says there are no file-size limits. A Chrome Plugin works across Chrome tabs, including HubSpot, Salesforce, Gmail and Outlook, without API setup or configuration. GatherMonk states that data is encrypted at rest and in transit and that the service is GDPR compliant; users can export or permanently delete data. It targets legal, accounting, HR, events, agencies and other professional services. Paid plans include a 14-day trial with no credit card, but no permanent free plan. Pricing starts at $29/mo.
