Flywheel by Sellistix reconciles Amazon US and Walmart US settlements, links returns to orders, and tracks operational COGS and inventory. Users can trace payouts through fee lines and orders to raw reports; settlement lines can be filtered, sorted, paginated and exported to CSV or XLSX. Tie-out badges are accurate to ±$0.01. Returns connect to their original orders and match refund fees once settlement data catches up.
Inventory tools include movement history, multiple locations, suppliers, purchase orders, replenishment, adjustments and write-offs. Operational COGS is calculated from supplied unit costs and marketplace orders, excluding marketplace fees, paid shipping, operating expenses and sales outside connected marketplaces. Amazon US connects through Seller Central sign-in; Walmart US connection is assisted during beta. Flywheel is a web service in invite-only beta, with sellers admitted in waves. Plans begin at $39/month for up to 200 orders; other monthly tiers cover up to 750, 1,500 or 3,000 orders. A 14-day trial is listed, and the service is aimed at small-to-medium sellers and operators supporting multiple seller accounts.
