FOOD-TRAK

FOOD-TRAK is a food and beverage management system developed by System Concepts, Inc. Its cloud service provides the full system without customers managing hardware, software, backups, or upgrades, and it can be accessed from a computer with a current browser. The iOS and Android mobile app supports inventory, requisitions, transfers, receiving, waste recording, shopping lists, barcode scanning, recipe viewing, and reports. Vendor bidding tools can compare prices and create purchase orders using the best prices. Nutritional analysis uses USDA or client-supplied data to calculate values for raw materials and recipes and print labels. The Enterprise Information System consolidates information across sites for reports, store comparisons, and exception reporting. System Concepts lists custom interfaces for point-of-sale, catering, vendor, and accounts payable systems; vendor connections can support electronic orders and related documents, depending on the vendor. The company serves sectors including casinos, hotels, clubs, restaurants, grocers, arenas, and institutions. New sales include a project plan with implementation services, and training is available on-site, by phone, and online. Pricing is on request.

Kitchen CUT

Kitchen CUT is hospitality management software that brings operational tools and live data together for businesses, stakeholders, and customers. Its menu engineering analyzes sales data to flag high- and low-performing items and inform profitability decisions. KC Lite includes recipe and menu costing, product and price management, and cost modelling. The software manages allergen and nutrition details for recipes and menus, including the main 14 allergens and sub-allergens. Purchasing and supplier management connects businesses with more than 3,000 suppliers; other tools cover inventory, stock control, PAR levels, waste, purchase orders, and location transfers. Digital menus can be published at a unique URL for customers to browse or order. Kitchen CUT supports hundreds of integrations, including sales and POS links and compatibility with QuickBooks and Xero. EPOS sales data integrations may require agreement with the provider and may incur setup or ongoing fees. KC Lite is designed for single-site independent hospitality businesses. It runs on Android, iOS, and web, with API listed. Monthly KC Lite costs £75 a month for one site and one user, with limits of 50 recipes, sub-recipes, and menus.
