FoodLogiQ Traceability

FoodLogiQ Traceability helps food companies capture and share Critical Tracking Event (CTE) data across their organization and supply chain partners. It supports FSMA 204 traceability recordkeeping and lets teams follow products forward and backward at the batch-lot level. The Investigations interface shows product movement on timelines and maps and helps identify gaps in CTE data. Users can create a withdrawal from an investigation and export investigation events in an FSMA 204 Electronic Sortable Spreadsheet ZIP containing related event, location, and product information. Trustwell describes the product as aligned with GS1 standards for organizing product, location, and event data to share with supply chain partners. Mobile access supports reporting, reviewing, and acting on supply chain data. APIs and connected workflows can support integrations with ERP, MES, supplier, and operational systems. Listed audit capabilities include role-based permissions, audit trails, time-stamped activity, historical data visibility, and change tracking. Trustwell identifies restaurants, grocers and retailers, food manufacturers, and food distributors as audiences. Platforms include Android, iOS, web, and API.
