Overview

The app brings expense tracking, savings goals, guest management, RSVPs, seating, a checklist, a wedding website and a day-of schedule together. That range makes it a practical coordination hub for couples handling their plans themselves, rather than a specialist service for only invitations or vendor discovery.

Guests can RSVP on a phone without installing the app or creating an account, and can include meal choices. That keeps the response process simple for invitees while helping couples collect useful attendance details. The trade-off is in collaboration: Starter permits just one contributor, so it is a poor fit for couples who want to edit the plan together without paying.

Key features

Budgeting and planning

Expenses can be tracked by category, and a savings target with contributions over time gives couples a way to follow progress toward it. Checklists and a day-of schedule keep preparation and wedding-day tasks alongside the budget. This is useful for couples who need broad organization in one app, though its value is less compelling for anyone seeking only a dedicated budgeting tool.

Guests and keepsakes

Guest-list management, meal-choice RSVPs and seating tools cover several linked jobs. Premium adds guest photo and video sharing and lets couples hear every voice guest-book message; Starter lets them hear only one. Photos and videos are deleted three months after the wedding, so couples should not treat the app as a lasting archive.

Privacy and support

ForeverAfter says it does not sell personal data or use wedding data for advertising. Its stated safeguards include encrypted connections, hashed passwords, access controls, unguessable shared-link tokens, error monitoring and rate limits on public pages. Account and wedding data remain until account deletion. Support is available by email or in-app, with a stated aim to reply within 1–2 business days.

Pricing

Starter is £0.00 per free, billed Free forever. It includes unlimited guests, one contributor, five free AI planner messages and the ability to hear one voice guest-book message. That is a generous entry point for a solo planner, but the contributor cap limits shared work and the message allowance only offers a brief taste of the AI assistant.

Premium costs £19.99 one-time. It is per wedding, non-transferable between weddings or accounts, and adds unlimited contributors, the AI wedding assistant, guest photo and video sharing, and the ability to hear every voice guest-book message. It is the clear choice for couples who want to plan together or use the guest media features; anyone planning multiple weddings should account for the single-wedding scope rather than expect one purchase to cover them all. A free trial is offered, and every couple gets five free AI planner messages.

Platforms

ForeverAfter runs on Android, iOS and the web. The privacy policy names Cloudflare for hosting and uploaded-file storage, Neon for its London database, and Stripe for web payments, alongside Apple and Google for in-app purchases.

Who it's for

ForeverAfter is best suited to couples who have booked vendors and want to organize budgets, guests and the schedule themselves. The unlimited-guest free plan makes it workable for large guest lists, but its one-contributor limit makes it better for an individual planner than a collaborating couple until Premium. Couples who need a lasting home for wedding photos and videos should look elsewhere or keep separate copies, since guest media is deleted three months after the wedding.

Pros and cons

Pro: Unlimited guests on Starter avoids a guest-count ceiling for couples planning a large event.
Pro: Guests can reply without an account or app installation, and include meal choices, reducing friction in RSVP collection.
Pro: Budgeting, savings goals, checklists and a day-of schedule sit alongside guest tools, covering multiple planning needs in one place.
Con: Starter allows only one contributor, leaving couples who want to collaborate with Premium as the practical option.
Con: Starter users can hear just one guest-book message, and Premium media is deleted three months after the wedding.
Con: Premium applies to a single wedding and cannot move between weddings or accounts.

Verdict

Choose ForeverAfter if you want a broad planning workspace, an uncapped guest list and phone-friendly RSVPs, with the option to pay once for shared planning and the full guest-book experience. Look elsewhere if you need Premium to cover multiple weddings, or want guest photos and videos retained beyond three months.
