In their own words
Form.io
Form.io is a form and data management platform for enterprise teams building form-driven applications and workflows. A drag-and-drop interface creates forms and APIs defined by JSON schema, which open-source renderers can display in React, Angular and Vue applications. Forms can use conditional logic and multi-step wizards; submission actions can route data or trigger integrations such as Google Sheets and webhooks. Form.io also supports offline collection with later syncing and authentication integrations for SAML, OAuth and custom JWT tokens. Deployment options include web, API and self-hosted environments; the enterprise platform is delivered as Docker containers for on-premises or cloud deployment. The API Plus configuration lists audit logging, submission data separation and field-level encryption, among other security features. Form.io says these capabilities support compliance but do not certify an application. A free plan and 30-day SaaS trial are listed. The trial excludes some compliance features and cannot collect personal or sensitive data; continued SaaS access afterward costs $300 a month. Form.io is headquartered in Dallas, Texas, and was founded in 2015.
