In their own words
Formcarry
Formcarry is a cloud form API that receives submissions from HTML, React, Vue, and other frameworks without requiring backend code for form processing. It can email users when a form receives a submission, with configurable autoresponses and email templates. The dashboard supports backend field-validation rules, and Google reCAPTCHA is available alongside default spam detection, which Formcarry says detects 99.8% of spam submissions. The API uses an API key to manage forms, submissions, webhooks, and related resources. Formcarry advertises more than 3,000 integrations, including Twilio, Discord, Slack, Notion, Mailchimp, Airtable, and Google Sheets. Paid plans support file uploads, with a documented 10MB limit per file. The free Baby plan costs nothing and allows one form, 50 submissions per month, and one team member. Paid plans start at $5/mo when billed annually; Starter is listed at $60 a year and includes 500 submissions per month. If a monthly submission limit is exceeded, submissions are held until the next month and become viewable after upgrading. Formcarry says personal data is stored in Frankfurt, Germany, with encryption at rest and in transit.
FormTitan
FormTitan is a Salesforce-first platform for forms, portals, eSign, documents and surveys, with Salesforce kept as the source of truth. Titan Forms provides a no-code visual builder for lead-generation forms, surveys, registrations and case intake. Titan AI Studio can draft a Salesforce-connected form from a prompt, including fields, structure and logic for later refinement. Forms can prefill, create and update Salesforce records in real time, including across related objects, without middleware. They can be published on websites, portals or documents through a script or iFrame, with submissions connected to Salesforce. Submissions can create records, update fields, route and score leads, and create reports. Listed integrations include Salesforce, Microsoft Word and Excel, SAP, Google Drive, Amazon S3, Slack, OneDrive, Stripe and Dropbox; REST and SOAP APIs, custom API calls and webhooks are also listed. The platform supports conditional logic, file uploads, workflow approvals and payment collection, with limited branding control. Listed starting plans include Document Studio Starter at $150 a month and Experience Studio Starter at $250 a month; other listed plans range from $1,200 a month to $2,000 a month, with Growth plan prices listed as $3,501,000 a month and $4,501,000 a month. A free trial is available. Titan says data is processed in secure AWS regions, encrypted in transit and at rest, and monitored with access controls.
