FormRouter
FormRouter.NET hosts online forms and collects submissions for organizations to retrieve without programming. Its Simple Form Builder creates HTML forms, and the service supports PDF, HTML5, Excel, ASP, and ASP.NET forms. A PDF viewer converts forms to HTML5 for filling, signing, and submission on PCs, Macs, iPads, iPhones, and Android devices. Accounts include tools for managing forms, alerts, files, and reports; alerts can be triggered when a form is submitted. Responses can be downloaded or sent to destinations such as SharePoint, Access, Excel, SQL Server, OpenOffice Calc, ODBC databases, Salesforce, SugarCRM, text, and XML. FormRouter says submissions are encrypted and routed to its server, where designated users can retrieve aggregated results according to permissions. An optional account upgrade adds secure email alerts using 128-bit encryption. An ASP.NET utility allows forms to be hosted on a customer's server while using FormRouter for data capture. The service also offers form development, training, technical support, and consulting.
PlatoForms
PlatoForms converts existing PDFs into online forms and returns completed PDFs in the original format after submission. Its AI can detect fields in PDFs and generate document sections, fields, and signature blocks from a description. Forms can use a classic layout or ask one question at a time in a conversational format. Workflow tools support multi-step approvals, branching, parallel paths, and routing one PDF among several people. PlatoForms offers more than 2,000 form and document templates, integrations with file storage, payment, and automation services, and REST APIs for submissions, prefilled fields, completed-PDF webhooks, invitations, and form management. Forms can collect Stripe, PayPal, or Square payments; PlatoForms says it adds no transaction fees.
