In their own words

FormsHQ

FormsHQ turns forms into workflows for collecting information, qualifying leads, routing submissions, and handling documents, payments, and signatures. Its AI-assisted design can produce questions, helper text, validation, conditional pages, and review criteria from a plain-language brief. Teams can score submissions, assign owners, track statuses and deadlines, and route records for review. Submissions can become summaries, PDFs, agreements, disclosures, internal memos, or client-ready packets. Review steps can include role-based paths, consent and signature checkpoints, and human approval before generated packets are sent. The site describes uses including legal and health intake, agency onboarding, loan prequalification, HR onboarding, events, and bookings. FormsHQ runs on the web. The free Starter Form plan costs nothing and allows one published form and 50 responses per month. Smart Forms costs $29 a month, Growth Workflows $99 a month, and Business Portal $249 a month. The company identifies with SETTEROS and gives an Atlanta, Georgia address.

Leverage

Leverage is cloud-hosted client intake and management software for attorneys, bringing screening, signing, communications, document exchange, data, and task management into one system. It is presented for firms handling client intake, class actions, mass actions, and arbitration swarms. Programmable intake interviews can screen prospects and automate follow-up. Built-in e-signing supports mail merge, and a Stripe integration can take retainer or cost-deposit payments. Clients can use a portal for secure document exchange, interactive surveys, personalized email and text messaging, and private video blogging. Firms can group clients, create custom tables and exports, manage queries and tasks, and use workflow-based communications and tasks. The homepage says Leverage integrates with Clio, and the service is available on web and through an API. Firms can invite unlimited team members to a site at no extra cost. The free plan allows up to three users and 500 outbound emails. Professional is listed at $24, paid once, billed for each signed client, with a $1/month charge and $150 minimum; it allows up to 50 clients and six users. Enterprise pricing is by contact. Training is not included and may be available at customary rates; additional support, engineering, and consulting may also be provided by agreement at customary rates.
