In their own words
FormTitan
FormTitan is a Salesforce-first platform for forms, portals, eSign, documents and surveys, with Salesforce kept as the source of truth. Titan Forms provides a no-code visual builder for lead-generation forms, surveys, registrations and case intake. Titan AI Studio can draft a Salesforce-connected form from a prompt, including fields, structure and logic for later refinement. Forms can prefill, create and update Salesforce records in real time, including across related objects, without middleware. They can be published on websites, portals or documents through a script or iFrame, with submissions connected to Salesforce. Submissions can create records, update fields, route and score leads, and create reports. Listed integrations include Salesforce, Microsoft Word and Excel, SAP, Google Drive, Amazon S3, Slack, OneDrive, Stripe and Dropbox; REST and SOAP APIs, custom API calls and webhooks are also listed. The platform supports conditional logic, file uploads, workflow approvals and payment collection, with limited branding control.
