siutil Album Cover Maker is a free browser tool for making album and CD cover art, with square formats for streaming and presets for print submissions. Users can add an image by selecting, dropping or pasting it; the image fills the square canvas. Text controls cover album or track title and artist name, vertical placement at top, center or bottom, horizontal alignment, and sans or serif fonts. When artwork is included, a soft shaded band can sit behind the text. A cover can also use a solid color with text alone. Streaming sizes are 3000×3000px and 1400×1400px; CD jacket and 12-inch vinyl presets are 121×121mm and 314×314mm and export at about 300 DPI. Finished covers save as full-size PNG files. The page says artwork and text are processed in the browser and not sent to a server; settings such as size, position and colors stay on the device and can be cleared with Reset. A black-and-white Parental Advisory label is optional, and use should follow distributor or record-label policies.
