In their own words
Fotoware
Fotoware is a digital asset management platform for organizations managing large asset collections and complex content workflows. It supports images, videos, presentations, documents, audio, and vector files, with tools for ingestion, metadata enrichment, approvals, workflow automation, and distribution. AI features include autotagging, object detection, OCR, and text extraction; teams can also use custom metadata schemas and IPTC support. Rights tools cover licence and expiry tracking, consent management, C2PA Content Credentials, and provenance history. Fotoware offers version history, guest sharing, and integrations including Photoshop, InDesign, Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and WordPress. Developers can work with REST APIs, TypeScript and .NET SDKs, UI components, triggers, and webhooks. Deployment options are SaaS, on-premises, and hybrid. The maker says its Azure-hosted services encrypt data in transit and at rest, and provide role-based access controls and audit logging. The product is available on Android, iOS, macOS, web, Windows, by API, and as self-hosted software. Pricing is on request.
