JOBPOWER combines construction accounting, job costing, certified payroll, and document management for contractors and subcontractors. Job costing tracks budgets against actual costs, change orders, lien waivers, equipment expenses, and job reports. Subcontract and purchase order modules connect to accounts payable and job costing to track committed costs, retainage, change orders, and supplier invoice variances. Payroll supports prevailing wage rates, union reporting, garnishments, ACA reporting, W-2s, direct deposit, and job labor burden. With JPMobile, workers or supervisors can enter time by job and cost code; supervisors can approve entries, see GPS clock-in visibility, and send time data to payroll. JP Analytics provides more than 50 reports and dashboards across financials, job management, billing, payables, and payroll. Budgets can be imported from Excel, and estimating data from ConEst and Vision InfoSoft; payroll can import time data from Excel and systems including ExakTime. JOBPOWER is available on Android, iOS, web, and Windows. Its cloud option is hosted for a monthly fee and includes updates, backups, support, and access from internet-connected devices.
