myJobManager
myJobManager combines job management, accounting, payroll, CIS, VAT, and statutory accounts for UK firms. Quotes can move into scheduled jobs, with a sales pipeline, task assignments, timesheets, purchase orders, and live job costing to track work. Its iOS and Android field app supports timesheets, photos, signatures, expenses, RAMS sign-off, and AI receipt scanning. Stock features cover multiple locations, picking lists, work-in-progress tracking, reorder alerts, and Bills of Materials. The platform submits VAT, payroll RTI, and CIS returns to HMRC and files statutory accounts with Companies House. It also lists DVLA fleet management integration and NEST pension auto-enrolment.
