FourKites Dynamic Yard
FourKites Dynamic Yard is a yard management system for enterprises coordinating freight and facility operations. It combines live information from the yard with in-transit visibility and analytics, and creates a digital record that reflects current yard conditions. GPS and RFID tracking can show trailer position, dwell, contents, seal status, reefer temperature and SKU-level information. Workflows cover yard inventory, gates, docks and spotter dispatch; the system can automate spotter tasks and door scheduling, while recording check-ins, check-outs, trailer moves and dock arrivals and departures. Teams can use trailer ETAs and time-on-site information to reprioritize crews, while custom KPIs and reports help identify bottlenecks. FourKites describes three product levels for different yard sizes and use across an organization's facilities. Android, iOS and web are listed, with mobile devices supporting positioning, tasking and gate mobility. Integrations are designed for ERP/TMS, WMS, ELD, GPS and telematics systems.
