In their own words
Frameshift
Frameshift is a web-based tool for making virtual staging images from room photos. Users upload a room image, add virtual furniture or products, guide the placement and orientation of their own products, then generate and download a render. The service also describes turning renders into 8-second video walkthroughs in 1080p, in either 16:9 or 9:16 format. Frameshift is aimed at furniture companies, interior designers, virtual stagers, and ecommerce businesses. It accepts JPG, PNG, and WebP uploads, and recommends images of at least 1080p. A room generation uses 5 credits and a product upload uses 2; subscription credits do not roll over, while top-up credits do not expire. Most generations take 30–60 seconds, though complex scenes can take longer. You can create a free account and begin a 5-day trial with 100 credits, but a card is required to start the trial. Paid plans start at $35 a month. Images are watermarked without an active paid subscription; subscribers get 2-year image retention. Users own uploads and renders, while granting Frameshift a license to use content to improve the service.
Stagently
Stagently provides AI-powered virtual staging for real estate properties through web and API access. Users upload photos and generate furniture and decor, or use staging, remodeling, refining, and upscaling tools with preset or custom styles. Listed room types include living rooms, bedrooms, kitchens, dining rooms, and bathrooms, and the homepage says results are available in under 60 seconds. Uploads support PNG, JPG/JPEG, WEBP, HEIC, and HEIF files up to 2GB. Default output is 1024x1024, with multiple aspect ratios available. Each generated staged image consumes one credit. Subscription credits reset each billing cycle, while image-pack credits do not expire. The free plan supplies five credits monthly without a credit card. Paid plans start with Starter at $29 a month; one-time packs start with $22, paid once. Plans range from one user to unlimited team members, with support varying by tier. Generated images belong to the user's organization, subject to applicable laws and the terms. Stagently describes encryption, access controls, and privacy rights, and names Cloudflare R2 and Google Gemini in its policy.
