FranchiseSoft
FranchiseSoft is a web platform for franchise sales, marketing, and ongoing operations, serving franchisors and franchisees. Its Sales CRM follows candidates from inquiry through signing, with customizable pipelines, lead qualification, and automated workflows. Marketing tools support email and SMS campaigns, dynamic contact groups, drip campaigns, and performance metrics; a permission-based Digital Library holds marketing collateral for franchisees. Operational modules cover franchisee management, onboarding, training, audits and compliance, ticketing and support, finance and royalty management, and franchisee CRM. A broker CRM tracks one candidate across multiple franchisors and includes a confidential questionnaire. It can connect to ChatGPT or Claude through MCP for candidate-record updates, deal-stage changes, opportunity creation, and note logging. The Sales CRM describes Gmail integration for candidate communication history, while the finance module can integrate with QuickBooks. The platform serves traditional, master, and area-rep franchise models, from emerging brands to enterprises with hundreds of franchisees. Broker CRM pricing is $49 a month after a 90-day free trial.
Ozchain

Compliance features include checklists, audit trails and dashboards for brand standards; a central document repository uses version control, and workflows cover onboarding, audits, renewals and communications. Reporting includes performance benchmarks, territory assignments and consolidated financial, compliance and KPI reports. Listed integrations include Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks, Stripe, Shopify, Salesforce, HubSpot, Twilio, Slack and Microsoft Teams, with bi-directional sync, OAuth2 security and webhook automation. The free Startup tier includes up to 10 locations, 100 leads and one user account, along with basic lead management, a portal and document management. Professional is A$50 a month and Premium is A$350 a month. Product inclusions vary by tier; Hykmah directs customers to ask for details.
