In their own words
Free Download Manager
Free Download Manager (FDM) is a download accelerator and organizer for Windows, macOS, Linux, and Android. It divides files into sections and downloads them simultaneously, and interrupted downloads can resume. It also supports BitTorrent. A scheduler can start or pause downloads, launch applications, and connect or disconnect from the internet at set times; traffic modes help manage use while browsing and downloading. FDM can preview audio and video before downloads finish and convert file formats afterward. Official Chrome and Firefox extensions provide browser integration, while the Elephant add-on adds video downloading from various sites. When FDM is installed on both devices, an Android device can create downloads on a remote PC or Mac. The plan is free, with no ads and optional donations. Its privacy information says it does not track in-app activity or collect or share personal data; its policy also describes profile information, network settings, and user-provided cookies, plus Flurry Analytics for interaction data it says is not personally identifiable.
Hydra
Hydra is a continuous integration service for projects based on Nix. It checks out project source periodically or continuously, builds it, runs tests, and produces reports. Work is organized into jobsets whose inputs can trigger builds when they change; jobsets can also depend on one another. Flake jobsets are supported when their outputs expose a hydraJobs attribute set. Jobs can produce packages, ISO images, or tarballs, and jobset inputs can use Git checkout sources. Hydra also provides a JSON API. It is aimed at Nix and NixOS package developers, not people who only need to use NixOS. Hydra is open source under GPL-3.0 and listed at free. It is self-hosted, with no hosted option listed, and running it is currently supported only on NixOS; the repository recommends the NixOS module for production. Flake evaluation is restricted from accessing files outside the Nix store. Some state is stored in the database, so backups are needed, and the wiki reports that hydra-queue-runner can sometimes leave queued builds unscheduled.
