Plans
In their own words
Freeletics
Freeletics offers personalized training across HIIT, calisthenics, gym and weight training, cardio, running, strength, and weight loss. Its Coach adapts training plans using personal information, preferences, and completed sessions. Training Journeys cover bodyweight, running, and weights, with goals such as endurance, speed, strength, muscle building, and weight loss. Workouts can be adjusted for time, equipment, noise, intensity, or body areas to exclude. The free Training app includes selected warm-ups, cool-downs, God Workouts, individual exercises, and runs; a Coach subscription unlocks all workouts, exercises, and runs and adds a structured plan. Freeletics lists an exercise library of 100 exercises and supports adaptive progression, custom workout plans, equipment profiles, and AI coaching. With permission, selected activity data can be exchanged with Apple Health and Google Health Connect; an optional Strava connection reads activity data with explicit consent. Freeletics is available on Android, iOS, and web. Its free plan costs nothing.
PaceAdapt
PaceAdapt creates personalised weekly running plans that adjust to training, recovery and goals. Plans respond to completed or missed runs and to a weekly check-in about how you feel and how much time you have. Before increasing intensity, the service considers training load and fatigue. A weekly reflection covers progress, areas needing attention and what comes next.
PaceAdapt imports recent runs, heart rate and training history through Intervals.icu, so users need a valid account there and authenticate with its OAuth service. Weekly plans can be pushed to a watch calendar, with completed runs syncing back. The homepage lists COROS, Garmin, Huawei Health and Polar watches, but one compatibility category supports analysis only, not workout pushes. An always-available AI coach can discuss plans and progress or regenerate a plan for the current week. PaceAdapt runs on web, iOS and Android. It has no free plan and offers a 14-day free trial, with cancellation available anytime.
