In their own words
frePPLe
frePPLe is supply-chain planning software for forecasting, inventory, production and replenishment. Its production plans account for limited material supply and resource capacity, and planners can adjust jobs in an interactive Gantt chart. Forecasting uses statistical and AI techniques, with method selection and team review and editing. Inventory planning calculates safety stocks and reorder quantities, creates replenishment orders, and supports item segmentation and tailored rules. The multilingual Community edition is a browser-based application. Integrations include REST API, CSV, Excel and direct database access; Community also includes two-way Odoo integration. Community and Enterprise provide Ubuntu Linux binaries and Docker images, while Enterprise can be installed on customer hardware. Platforms listed are API, Linux, self-hosted and web. Community users rely on DIY support through a user group; Cloud and Enterprise list professional support. The product offers a 15-day trial and a free scheme for academic use by contacting the company. Subscription pricing is based on active item-location pairs, and Cloud lists a maximum of six scenarios.
MDsyncNET
MDsyncNET is a cloud-based physician on-call scheduling platform for health systems, hospitals, and clinics. Schedulers can create or change shifts in real time and notify staff with one click. Clinicians can access schedules, live updates, and call preferences on the web or in the mobile app. Its contact directories show preferred contact methods and synchronize with credentialing software, with changes reflected immediately. The app brings staff contacts and on-call schedules together and can dial the on-call person with one click. Hospitals can also message staff; the maker says messaging works across messaging apps, phone operating systems, pagers, and smart watches, with an audit trail of contacts and times. Call tracking records attempted and completed calls and measures time to reach on-call staff. Reports cover clinicians, departments, groups, shifts, and profile changes. The maker says schedules are retained indefinitely for EMTALA compliance, and training and onboarding can be completed in three days or less. It runs on Android, iOS, and the web. Pricing is on request; customers can contract per user per month or choose a group package.
