In their own words
fulfillmenttools
fulfillmenttools is an Agentic Order Management System for enterprises connecting inventory, orders, and fulfillment operations across a network. Its Global Inventory Hub unifies stock, availability, and reservations across stores, warehouses, suppliers, and partners. Availability and Promising evaluates inventory and capacity constraints to support feasible delivery commitments, while Advanced Order Routing selects a fulfillment path using inventory, capacity, delivery targets, and operational constraints. The platform also offers an AI Sidekick, an Order Routing Agent, and an Order Monitoring Agent. Documented APIs connect it to ERP, WMS, commerce platforms, POS systems, carriers, and other tools; external AI agents can connect through its open MCP-based onX protocol. Backoffice is web-based, Operations runs on web and Android, Inventory on Android, and Returns on Android and iOS. REST and GraphQL APIs are available, alongside an open-source TypeScript SDK that does not yet cover all API features. The company says the platform is EU-hosted, GDPR-compliant, ISO/IEC 27001-certified, and runs on Google Cloud. Pricing is on request; the documentation describes a 30-day trial.
Hubler
Hubler is an enterprise AI agent orchestration platform for coordinating actions across people, systems, workflows, and AI agents. Its process moves through six stages: Translate, Coordinate, Govern, Execute, Measure, and Adapt. Prebuilt agents cover revenue, procurement, vendors, inventory, finance, leases, accounts receivable, store operations, manufacturing, and compliance. Recommendations and actions can pass through approval chains, policies, human review, role-based permissions, compliance checkpoints, and audit trails. Hubler lists AI services and frameworks including OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, LangChain, AutoGen, and CrewAI, alongside ERP, planning, CRM, finance, and communication systems. Custom connections can use REST APIs or webhooks; some legacy systems can use CSV, XML, or SFTP. Active controls include encryption at rest and in transit, SSO, MFA, append-only audit logs, and logical tenant isolation. ISO 9001:2015 and ISO/IEC 27001:2022 are listed as certified; SOC 2 Type II is in progress with a 2025–2026 target. Mobile apps for iOS and Android support offline operation. Pricing is provided in a custom proposal, and a free, no-commitment 30-minute demo is offered.
