GymKonex is a gym operating system for billing, smart entry, class scheduling, and member management. It handles member profiles and class schedules with capacity limits and automated waitlists. Recurring credit card and SEPA direct debit billing can use payment retries and custom dunning notifications. For access control, GymKonex integrates with ZKTeco standalone and web-based controllers to grant or suspend entry according to membership status. Operators with multiple locations can use centralized reports, a shared member database, and synchronized pricing.
