In their own words
Fullsoon
Fullsoon is a web-based AI decision tool for restaurants, bakeries and canteens. It forecasts revenue, sales, customer attendance and ingredient requirements up to two weeks ahead, with sales, order, inventory and staffing forecasts. Inventory functions include stock counts, variance analysis, loss control and food-cost optimization. Supplier integrations support automated orders, delivery tracking, claims, centralized purchase orders and credits. Fullsoon analyzes occupancy, customers, stocks, meals, employees and financial data through a dashboard for headquarters and operational teams such as managers, servers and cooks. It describes an integrated ecosystem spanning POS, HR, order aggregators, business intelligence, collective-catering tools and HACCP software, with named POS partners including Innovorder, Cashpad, Zelty, Oracle, Odoo, Lightspeed and Menlog. Its CO2 solution measures dish emissions, recommends lower-impact ingredient alternatives and creates menu or packaging pictograms. Fullsoon states that forecasts reach 94% accuracy and reports outcomes including up to six additional margin points, 20 fewer inventory and ordering hours, and nearly €1,000 monthly food-waste reduction after one month. Pricing is on request, and the site offers a free demo request.
Maya by Inputly
Maya by Inputly connects restaurant sales, recipes, stock and purchasing to forecast demand and manage inventory and food cost. It tracks ingredient quantities and expiry by perishable lot, flags low stock and recommends reorder points. Recipes link menu items to ingredients; sales forecasts can be translated into ingredient needs, including batch yields and unit conversions. Maya drafts supplier purchase orders using forecast demand, current and in-transit stock, supplier lead times and pack sizes. Forecasts are trained on a restaurant's sales history and, according to Inputly, also consider calendars, holidays, paydays, weather and local events. Proposed actions require approval, with role-based access, audit trails, reversible actions and a kill switch among the listed controls. POS connections include Square, Toast, TouchBistro, Clover, SeroPOS and Lightspeed; a REST API and webhooks are also listed. Native apps are listed for Android, iOS, macOS and Windows, alongside web and API access. Maya is paid, with pricing listed from $249/mo, and has no free plan. Inputly says SOC 2 Type II is in progress.
