Furbello provides scheduling and customer-management software for dog and cat grooming salons and mobile groomers. Its calendar offers day, week, and agenda views, conflict prevention, and appointment statuses visible to the team. Customers can book through a business-specific page with live availability and no account requirement. Pet profiles can store breed, weight, allergies, behavior flags, grooming notes, vaccination records, and private photos. Booking confirmations and email and SMS reminders include one-tap confirmation links and consent tracking. Mobile tools cover route planning, travel-aware scheduling, arrival-window messages, service areas, and route revenue metrics. Deposits and cards on file use a business's own Square, Stripe, or Clover account; grooming payments are recorded for checkout but processed through the business's existing POS. Reports cover revenue, tips, outstanding balances, and daily closeout, with spreadsheet downloads. Furbello works on Android, iOS, macOS, web, and Windows. Solo costs $39 a month for up to 3 active staff members and 250 automated texts per month; appointments, customers, and pets are unlimited.
