Raindrop Systems
Raindrop Systems is an AI-native Source-to-Pay platform for enterprise procurement, finance, contracts, supplier risk, and spend management. Its Rain AI agent answers questions, finds information, and takes actions across source-to-pay workflows. Modules cover intake and request routing, supplier management, sourcing, contract lifecycle management, eProcurement, accounts payable and invoice automation, analytics, digital signatures, workflow orchestration, and risk management. Contract tools support authoring, negotiation, approval, version control, obligation tracking, and AI-assisted analysis. RainConnect connects systems including SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Workday, Slack, DocuSign, Adobe Sign, ServiceNow, Jira, and Zendesk. Business users can configure most integrations through a low-code Workato interface. The maker says a single module can go live in as little as one week, with full Source-to-Pay deployment typically taking two to three months. The platform runs on Google Cloud and is available through web and API access. Pricing is on request; the company invites prospects to request a demo.
