Supplier-side AI-RFP Assist can generate responses, fill forms, check compliance, and support a self-learning knowledge base. Itemized bills of material can become structured sourcing events tied to reconciled supplier masters. RFI, RFP, and RFQ workflows include reminders and natural-language extraction. AgentFlow coordinates intake, approvals, and supplier work across Coupa, Ariba, or an ERP customers retain. The landing page states SOC 2 Type II. Pricing is on request, with buyers directed to book a demo. Gainfront identifies enterprise teams with heavy RFP volume or BOM-driven buying as its audience.
