| Installation | Installation uses an asynchronous script tag; the maker says it works with Next.js, Astro, WordPress, Shopify and plain HTML. | Inspectlet can be installed with an asynchronous JavaScript snippet, official browser and React packages, Google Tag Manager, or its WordPress plugin. |
| Integrations | The product supports Google Ads conversion exports, Google Search Console search terms, and weekly summaries by email or Slack. | When a site has a Google Analytics 4 or Google Tag Manager dataLayer, Inspectlet can automatically mirror pushed events as session tags. |
| Session replay | Replay reconstructs sessions from DOM changes recorded with rrweb and supports scrubbing, variable playback speed and inactivity skipping. | Users can filter recordings by visitor type, traffic source, pages visited, events triggered, or conversion status. |

In their own words
Inspectlet
Inspectlet records website sessions so teams can review visitors’ mouse movements, scrolling, clicks, and keypresses. Its heatmaps visualize eye-tracking, clicks, and scrolling, including on dynamic content. AI Session Insights can identify patterns such as rage clicks, JavaScript errors, conversion drop-offs, form abandonment, and unusual navigation. Users can also ask questions in plain English and receive analytics answers with tables, breakdowns, and replay links. Other tools include A/B testing, conversion funnels, form analytics, feedback surveys, and JavaScript error logging. Inspectlet runs on the web and supports React, Angular, Vue, and other JavaScript-heavy frameworks. Installation options include a JavaScript snippet, browser and React packages, Google Tag Manager, and a WordPress plugin. The free plan costs nothing and covers 2,500 recorded sessions per month across up to three websites, with one month of retention. Paid plans start at $39 a month. Recording stops when the monthly limit is reached, while existing recordings and heatmaps remain accessible. Retention ranges from one month on Free to 24 months on Enterprise.
