In their own words
GatherMonk
GatherMonk collects documents, forms, files, information and signatures from people outside an organization through structured requests. Requests can include checklists, uploads, e-signatures, reminders, submission tracking and approval or rejection. Branded Client Portals provide passwordless email-link access to requests and guides. Built-in forms support uploads and signatures and can be embedded on websites. Transfers share files through secure links with open tracking, and the maker says there are no file-size limits. A Chrome Plugin works across Chrome tabs, including HubSpot, Salesforce, Gmail and Outlook, without API setup or configuration. GatherMonk states that data is encrypted at rest and in transit and that the service is GDPR compliant; users can export or permanently delete data. It targets legal, accounting, HR, events, agencies and other professional services. Paid plans include a 14-day trial with no credit card, but no permanent free plan. Pricing starts at $29/mo.
WaiverDrop
WaiverDrop gives small businesses digital waiver signing and searchable records. Customers can sign from a link or QR code in a mobile browser without an app download or account. A tablet can serve as a kiosk, including a touchless mode where customers scan a QR code with their own phones. Industry templates and a custom editor support standard and configurable fields; document packets combine several forms in one signing flow while preserving a separate signed record for each. Records include signer details, a signature, IP address, timestamp, user agent and downloadable PDF. Webhooks and URL parameters connect signing with booking flows. The service says data is encrypted in transit and at rest, daily backups are encrypted, and hosting is US-based; it also says it complies with the ESIGN Act and UETA. Starter is free forever and limited to 10 waivers per month; Pro starts at $15 a month. WaiverDrop runs on Android, iOS and web, and offers an API.
