Exact Quote and clickable citations help users check legal analysis against source text, while real-time research draws on official sources, including more than 13 million US court opinions. Users can attach and chain skills from the Skill Library or create them through chat with Skill Creator. Agent Connectors link more than 20 apps, including Gmail, Outlook, Slack, Drive, and HubSpot. The Individual plan includes unlimited chats and skills, the Word add-in, Easy Edit, and Agent Connectors; US Case Law is an add-on. Individual costs $500 a month, billed monthly, with a yearly option whose price is not shown. Team pricing is on request and billed yearly; it adds Enterprise SSO, team skills, shared chats, US Case Law, and support. REST API use is billed separately in credits.
TermScout Certify
TermScout Certify is a web-based contract intelligence platform for legal, procurement, and sales teams. It analyzes commercial contracts, identifies legal and business risks, benchmarks clauses against thousands of live agreements and market ranges, and produces actionable guidance. Common procurement documents include NDAs, DPAs, IT agreements, and service agreements. Contract signals help prioritize agreements for escalation, negotiation, or approval. After approval, Certify can detect meaningful changes and support monitoring of agreements and renewals. Its platform plan lists term sheets, contract scorecards, benchmarks, Q&A reports, and Deal Triage guidance. Agreements can be aggregated into vendor and portfolio views with side-by-side comparisons and risk-concentration analysis. Certify works alongside CLM, CRM, or procurement tools; it does not manage contracts or automate workflows. TermScout lists CCPA, GDPR, and SOC 2 compliance. Certify Platform costs $450 a year, billed annually, with a five-user minimum and per-user licensing. TrustMark plans cover one specific agreement and range from 10800.00 USD to $20,400 a year, depending on included analyses.
