GE Vernova Proficy Plant Applications is a Manufacturing Operations Management and Manufacturing Execution System solution for process, discrete, and mixed manufacturers. It supports large enterprises, multi-site operations, and global manufacturing, with deployment in private or public cloud and on-premises environments. Its modules cover efficiency management, production management and tracking, quality management, and batch analysis. Efficiency Management tracks OEE, KPIs, downtime, waste, production counts, MTBF, and MTTR. Production Management provides product-level traceability, auditable genealogy, and production reporting. Quality Management includes real-time trends, statistics, SPC, notifications, and support for 21 CFR Part 11. Batch Analysis supports ISA-88 recipe analysis for formulations, procedures, and equipment. A low-code Data Flow Editor supports MES-ERP integration and includes approximately 20 out-of-the-box messages. Dozens of supplied screens can be customized without code. Browser interfaces provide real-time interaction on iPads, Android tablets, and Windows tablets. The software is used in food and beverage, consumer packaged goods, automotive, pharmaceutical, aerospace, chemical, and heavy-equipment manufacturing. Pricing is on request.
Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud
Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC) is a cloud-native platform for discovering, connecting, and managing data across hybrid and multi-cloud environments. Its services include data integration, data quality, governance, cataloging, and master data management. CLAIRE AI automates data-management tasks, while CLAIRE GPT supports natural-language interaction. Ready-to-use cloud connectors move data across platforms and applications; INFAConnect can be used to build custom connectors. IDMC supports web, API, and self-hosted platforms with a hybrid deployment model, and includes data lineage, governance controls, and both data delivery modes. Informatica describes a multi-tenant setup with customer instances in dedicated private environments and customer data segregated between tenants. Its security measures include AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.2 or greater in transit, access controls, authentication, audit trails, and automated backups. The free Cloud Data Integration option is capped at 20 million rows or 10 compute hours per month; a separate free Data Loader plan offers unlimited rows and hours.
