In their own words
GearUP Booster
GearUP Booster is a gaming connection service for players who want to optimize game traffic, particularly when connecting to foreign servers. The maker says it aims to reduce latency and packet loss; its Windows product uses smart routing to find a faster path and lists support for more than 3,000 games. A ping test can show a player’s current ping and an estimate of how much the service may reduce it before download. GearUP says it does not change in-game performance or data and is not for social media or unrelated software. Android and iOS apps offer one-button connection boosting, and the maker says they use no additional data or battery. The free LAN Play option lets players create private networks for supported LAN games, provided everyone has GearUP and joins the same network. Apps are listed for Windows, iOS, and Android; supported platforms also include PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch, Steam Deck, PICO, and Oculus Quest. A three-day trial applies unless another duration is specified at sign-up; billing starts afterward unless canceled. The mobile membership is listed at $6.99 a month, but is marked sold out.
