Teams can build multi-level IVRs that direct calls to multiple groups, with text-to-speech prompts available in 13 languages. Call handling includes transfers, voicemail, custom greetings, and routing calls to colleagues around the world. Businesses can add click-to-call buttons to a website or mobile app. Calls are supported from landlines, mobile or GSM phones, PCs or Macs, and iOS or Android apps; listed platforms also include web, macOS, and Windows. The displayed plans list integrations, and KloudCon allows conference details to be added to Google or Outlook calendars. SOLO costs $25 a month for five users, CLUB is $45 a month for 10 users, and LEAGUE is $80 a month for 20 users. Each includes one free DID number, a web dashboard, Android and iOS apps, and an IP phone. A 14-day trial is available; KloudTalk says it offers free 24x7 customer support.
