In their own words
Genius ERP
Genius ERP is a cloud manufacturing ERP for small and mid-sized manufacturers. It brings engineering, production, inventory, purchasing, and finance into one system, with shop-floor visibility and tools for coordinating production. CAD2BOM Engineering turns CAD designs into bills of materials and requests for quotation; estimates use costs, pricing, production data, and past job information. Smart Scheduling uses a drum-buffer-rope approach for custom manufacturing, while Genius Analytics provides operational reports. The system also includes project management, quality control, job costing, and purchasing and capacity planning. Remote access is available without on-site servers, and web-based Genius Apps can be tailored for estimation, order entry, production follow-up, and shop-floor transactions. Integrations include SOLIDWORKS, Autodesk Inventor, HubSpot, Paperless Parts, QuickBooks, and Power BI, among others; a REST API supports third-party connections. Cortex Intake uses AI to process purchase-order details and flag exceptions. Pricing is on request and varies by shop size, users, hosting model, and required features.
JobBOSS²

It centralizes quoting, job costing, shop-floor scheduling, and inventory control, with production costing, reporting, purchase planning, capacity planning, and multi-currency accounting among its listed capabilities. Its AI BOM Builder produces draft bills of materials from PDFs, Excel files, images, and CSVs for review and editing. Scheduling includes a drag-and-drop shift calendar and mobile time tracking; inventory tools track supply and demand, forecast material needs, and automate purchase orders. Quality functions cover document access, equipment calibration, and workflows. ECI lists integrations with MES, Payments, KnowledgeSync, uniPoint, QuickBooks, Paperless Parts, and CADLink. Mobile tools record production, material postings, good and scrapped pieces, images, part scans, and job documents; Images and Docs displays up to 100 parts at a time.
