RippleHire
RippleHire is an enterprise applicant-tracking system with an employee referral portal. Employees can browse open roles, refer candidates with one click and follow each referral from submission through hire. Sharing works through WhatsApp, LinkedIn, email and unique links. Referral workflows include duplicate detection, recruiter routing, SLA tracking, source attribution, eligibility rules, cooling periods and payout controls. The portal is available as a standalone module, although RippleHire says it provides more value within the full platform. RHConnect is a no-code, API-first framework connecting systems such as Workday, SAP, Oracle, Darwinbox, PeopleStrong, LinkedIn, Greenhouse, WhatsApp, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Outlook, Naukri and IIMJobs. Secure APIs, webhooks and custom integrations cover proprietary or niche systems. RippleHire states ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type II certification and GDPR compliance. Data is encrypted with AES-256 at rest and TLS 1.2 in transit. Hosting uses Google Cloud Platform and Amazon Web Services, with configurable residency options including India, the UAE and Saudi Arabia. Pricing is on request.
