In their own words
GestióIP
GestióIP is web-based software for managing IPv4 and IPv6 addresses, with network discovery, IP tracking, search and filtering. Its browser interface needs no additional client software. It discovers networks from layer III routing tables and hosts through ping, DNS, SNMP and DHCP lease processing. DNS features include secure dynamic updates, while lease information can be synchronized from ISC DHCPD, ISC KEA, Microsoft DHCP server and generic lease files. Built-in tools include ping and DNS checks, free-range displays, network split and join operations, a subnet calculator and an IPv6 addressing-plan builder. It imports Excel spreadsheets, exports CSV and generates BIND and tinydns zone files. The free software is licensed under GPLv3. A commercial API adds CRUD and advanced network or IP operations, and an optional Configuration Management Module handles device configurations. It can be installed on-premise or used as a pre-installed cloud service. The listed Configuration Management Module plan for up to 50 devices costs $400 a year; larger device tiers have higher listed annual prices.
NIPAP
NIPAP is a self-hosted IP address management system for large address inventories. It offers a web interface and a feature-complete command-line tool, and can allocate the next available address automatically. Search supports IP prefix operators and regular expressions. IPv6 has feature parity with IPv4, and VRFs are supported natively. The system also includes subnet planning, integrated statistics, and audit history. Address data is stored and indexed in PostgreSQL with the ip4r module. The backend communicates through an XML-RPC API, and the project lists Python and Java client libraries. NIPAP is open source under the MIT license and is free. Debian and Debian derivatives are officially supported; the maker says other Unix-like systems may run it with manual dependency installation. Installation involves configuring authentication accounts for both the backend and web interface. The maker describes user documentation as rather limited and directs users to GitHub issues for bugs, feature requests, and other issues.
