In their own words
GetTimePad
GetTimePad brings job booking, customer confirmations, technician ETAs, payments, and review routing into one system for mobile service businesses. Its calendar has day, week, and month views, supports drag-and-drop rescheduling, and can display multiple staff. Live GPS, traffic-based ETAs, map links, and route history give customers visibility into technician journeys. The native iOS app includes Tech Mode, voice job creation, photo capture, push notifications, and biometric unlock; Android is on the roadmap, while the web app works in mobile browsers. Stripe handles booking deposits and payment links after jobs. SMS and email automations can send reminders, follow-ups, and rebooking prompts, though SMS is an add-on on Starter and Pro. Optional KeyBot AI can answer calls, quote using a business rate sheet and travel distance, take deposits, and book available appointments. Plans start at $79/mo, with a 14-day trial. The maker says location pings occur only during Tech Mode clock-in or an active En Route job, and that payment card numbers are not stored by GetTimePad.
SepticSync
SepticSync brings customer and property records, scheduling, county paperwork, and payments together for septic service providers and municipalities. Its county-form tools find septic forms, make them fillable, and can populate them with customer, property, and job details. Mobile field workflows support inspections with photos, GPS coordinates, signatures, and digital forms. The Growth plan includes two-way QuickBooks syncing for invoices, payments, and customer records. Other listed connections include parcel and tax-map data, FEMA flood zones, spill reports, ownership-change flags, and delivery of completed forms to counties. SepticSync says its AI can assess inspection photos for issues including cracks, corrosion, and root intrusion, with risk windows of 6, 12, and 24 months. The free plan covers county forms only; saving records, scheduling, and invoicing start with Starter at $125 a month. Starter supports up to two users, while Growth costs $349 a month and Pro costs $599 a month. The field app is available on Android; the iPhone version is with Apple for review.
