In their own words

GifRun

GifRun is a web tool for making GIF and WebP animations from YouTube, Vimeo, other supported video links, and uploaded videos. Its editor offers draggable text overlays, cropping, speed and frame-rate controls, filters, and output-resolution selection. Direct uploads accept MP4, MOV, and MKV files up to 200 MB. A free registered account supports clips up to 20 seconds and 600px resolution, with a watermark; anonymous use is limited to 10 seconds and 520px, also with a watermark and possible advertisements. PRO plans remove the duration cap and support output up to 2K without watermarks or ads, along with direct uploads. Pricing includes $5 a month, $50 a year, and a non-recurring $10.00 USD payment for 60 days of access. PRO subscribers can generate videos from text prompts using OpenAI Sora. Signed-in users can save creations to profiles and share image pages, while public images support likes, comments, feeds, and notifications. The maker says monthly and yearly subscriptions qualify for a full refund within 14 days.

Wigglegram Creator

Wigglegram Creator makes animated GIFs and looping MP4 or WebM videos from sequences of JPG or PNG images. Its drag-and-drop graphical interface lets users set output scale, frames per second, and video repetitions. GIF output is downscaled for sharing; MP4 and WebM exports are full resolution and can use configurable repetitions. Users can draw a crop on the preview, applied before scaling, interpolation, and export. If a face is detected on import, alignment anchors to it automatically, and users can click the preview to override that placement. On macOS, the app can offer Apollo Fast slow motion from 2x to 8x if it detects Topaz Video’s bundled ffmpeg. The project is free and MIT-licensed, with prebuilt releases listed for Linux x64 and arm64, Windows x64, and macOS Apple Silicon. It is a GUI-only application without headless command-line export. The prebuilt macOS app is unsigned and not notarized, so Gatekeeper quarantines it on first opening.
