In their own words
Gil Hedley Integral Anatomy
Gil Hedley Integral Anatomy is a web-based learning site with courses, presentations, and other material about the human form. Its approach examines connections across the whole body and relationships among tissue layers, drawing on anatomy from specific individuals rather than generalized averages. The site advertises more than 400 hours of content, including filmed dissection, whiteboard courses, interviews, keynotes, tour talks, and writing. Some courses include on-camera cadaver dissection; others provide educational or inspirational material without dissection.
The courses address massage, yoga, chiropractic, and bodywork professionals, as well as people interested in broadening their personal understanding. Gil is listed as an approved continuing-education provider for NCBTMB, the New York State Massage Board, IASI, the Florida Massage Board, PMA, and CMTBC; his credentials meet Yoga Alliance CEP standards. Explorer members can join monthly video calls with discussion and Q&A, and access recordings. Individually purchased courses include lifetime access, while Explorer access lasts for the subscription term. The free Easy Rider plan includes 22 hours of named content with no CE credit. Explorer Monthly is $15 a month; other listed options include a one-month pass at $25, paid once and Explorer Annual at $150 a year.
