In their own words

GitLab Package Registry

GitLab Package Registry lets projects publish packages for downstream projects to use as dependencies. It can be private or public for supported package managers and is available on GitLab.com, GitLab Self-Managed, and GitLab Dedicated within Free, Premium, and Ultimate. Generally available formats include Generic packages, Helm, Maven, npm, NuGet, and PyPI; Composer and Conan are beta, while Debian, Go, and Ruby gems are experiments. Conda, CRAN, RPM, and Swift are not supported. A project can host multiple package types, including packages built from a monorepo. GitLab CI/CD can build or import packages, with jobs authenticating through CI_JOB_TOKEN, and the registry can be administered through an API. Project roles govern access; protection rules can restrict pushes or deletions for supported formats. Publication and deletion audit events are available when enabled, but require Premium or Ultimate. The dependency proxy is a beta feature on those paid tiers. GitLab is all-remote and has no physical headquarters.

SAP Cloud ALM

SAP Cloud ALM is a cloud service for managing SAP landscapes through guided implementation and automated operations. Its implementation tools cover SAP Activate project work, fit-to-standard workshops, task management, documentation, testing, deployment planning and reporting. Test management supports manual and automated testing, including SAP S/4HANA Test Automation Tool, Tricentis Test Automation and an open API for other providers. Operations monitoring covers business processes, integrations and exceptions, user performance, jobs and automation, configuration and security, system health, and business services. Configuration and Security Analysis can check system settings daily against SAP product security recommendations. Third-party tools can connect through open APIs, including for monitoring custom SAP BTP and non-SAP applications. SAP describes the service as SaaS and lets customers choose a preferred data center location when requesting a tenant. Usage rights are included for customers with qualifying SAP Cloud Service subscriptions and specified support. The service is restricted to internal application lifecycle management, and on-premise SAP solutions must be covered by the customer's SAP Support agreement. Eligible customers receive one tenant per customer number, with 24 GB SAP HANA Memory and 24 GB monthly outbound API data transfer.
