In their own words
GME Manager
GME Manager is a residency management platform currently offered as the Family Medicine Edition. Its initial pilot workflows are procedure logging and evaluations. The product describes voice-first procedure logging, AI-drafted evaluations, and tools for collecting competency evidence, preparing for committees, and reporting on programs. Faculty retain final decision authority, and AI-generated documentation requires human confirmation.
Programs can use GME Manager alongside New Innovations, MedHub, or their current platform, returning completed records without migrating. Configured imports can bring in setup data, and completed records can be exported after human review; direct integrations are listed as planned. A live hStream integration can provide identity and single sign-on when an institution enables it. The product describes roles for program directors, coordinators, faculty, and residents or fellows. Its privacy information says it does not store protected health information or identifiable patient data; procedure logs use de-identified patient references. The platform is available on the web and mobile. Pricing is available on request, with a 30-day trial and no free plan. A LaunchPad Pilot is listed at free for 30 days, self-guided, with no credit card or commitment to convert.
MedRez.net
MedRez.net helps medical programs create and distribute schedules for residents, attending physicians, and fellows. It supports annual rotation schedules with blocks of varying lengths, tracks assignments and staffing targets, and provides randomization, Fast Fill, and manual editing for call, shift, and clinic schedules. Configurable duty-hour rules are checked as residents are assigned, with potential violations flagged; the maker says MedRez is not endorsed by ACGME. Residents and staff can submit day-off and vacation requests online for schedule makers to accept or reject. Schedules can be synchronized through personal calendar feeds or exported in standard calendar formats and PDF. Named calendar options include Microsoft Outlook, Apple iCalendar, iOS calendars, and Google Calendar. The web-based viewer is designed for modern browsers and can be viewed on smartphones and tablets, including iPhone, iPad, and Android devices. A fully functional free trial is available, but its schedules must fit within a two-month period selected at signup. The listed plan for one program or specialty costs $450 a year.
