Gmelius is a Gmail-native platform for creating AI agents that carry out defined team jobs across connected tools. Users describe an agent’s task in plain language, choose the inbox it monitors, connect tools, and decide which actions need approval, without writing code. Meli, described as an AI Chief of Staff, supplies agents with context about a team’s clients, history, and priorities. Gmelius also provides shared Gmail inboxes and labels, shared drafts, email notes and mentions, delegation, templates, analytics, calendar tools, and scheduled sending.
