KDE Partition Manager
KDE Partition Manager is free Linux software for managing disks, partitions, and file systems. It can create, copy, move, delete, back up, restore, and resize these storage components. Supported file systems include ext2, ext3, ext4, btrfs, reiserfs, NTFS, FAT16, FAT32, JFS, and XFS. The application supports both partition table types, moving partitions, and bootable media. Installation is available through Discover, other AppStream application stores, or a Linux distribution’s package manager. KDE lists version 26.08.1, dated 2026-09-10, and licenses the software under GPL-3.0+. The KDE Invent repository provides source code. Documentation and assistance include the KDE Partition Manager Handbook, KDE Forum, and a Libera.chat channel, with separate links for reporting bugs and viewing existing reports. KDE describes its software as free and open source, available to use, study, modify, and redistribute. The Free plan costs nothing.
