HowNow is an intelligent learning platform combining an LMS, LXP, skills capabilities, and content. It gives employees a personalized feed of learning opportunities, skills, and company knowledge related to current and future roles. Unified Search can search connected sources in one place, while an AI Skill Graph maps resources, pathways, and internal experts to organizational skills. Guru AI Coach can teach, coach, challenge, reinforce, and adapt using company knowledge. HowNow Plus adds curated material from providers such as Skillsoft and MindTools. Creators can build learning with text, images, video, GIFs, code snippets, quizzes, and SCORM files. Learning-management tools support session scheduling, attendance tracking, and virtual-classroom integration. Assessments and certificates are supported, along with personalized paths and AI recommendations. Integrations include Slack, Microsoft Teams, Workday, HiBob, Google Drive, Notion, Udemy, and LinkedIn Learning. The service runs on web, Android, iOS, macOS, and a browser extension, with offline learning available. It supports SSO and provisioning through Azure, Google, Okta, OneLogin, and JumpCloud.
