Overview

Perdoo brings strategy, OKRs, KPIs and performance routines into one system for organizations that want company priorities tied to team and individual goals. It suits teams that need more than a goal list: progress tracking, integrations and reporting are part of the proposition. Its main trade-off is that private OKRs and KPIs require the Supreme plan.

Key features

Progress and integrations

Perdoo can pull progress from connected apps and automatically generate status reports. It connects with thousands of apps, including Slack, Microsoft Teams, Jira, Salesforce, Power BI and HRIS tools. That breadth can reduce manual updates when teams already work in those systems, though integration tiers differ by plan: Premium includes Premium Integrations and Supreme adds Supreme Integrations.

Goal setting and AI

Perdoo supports OKRs and KPIs, goal alignment, one-on-ones and review cycles. Its AI Assistant drafts Strategic Pillars, OKRs, KPIs and Initiatives for company, team or individual goals, giving teams a starting point for writing goals rather than deciding their priorities for them.

API and security

The GraphQL API can create or update OKRs, Initiatives and KPIs, and retrieve goal data for reports and dashboards. Perdoo can also connect to Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Cursor, Gemini and other MCP-ready clients. For organizations weighing data handling, Perdoo states that it is SOC 2 certified and GDPR compliant; customer data is stored in AWS data centers in Frankfurt, Germany, with HTTPS traffic encryption using 256-bit encryption and databases encrypted at rest.

Pricing

Perdoo has a free plan for up to five users. It includes Strategy Maps, OKR and KPI tracking, meetings, Slack and Teams integration, and the AI Assistant and Coach. That is a substantial starting point for a small team, but private OKRs and KPIs are not available on this tier.

Premium costs 9.00 USD per user/month and adds dashboards, SSO and SCIM, Premium Integrations, and the API and MCP server. It is the more relevant paid choice for teams that need integrations or programmatic access without Supreme’s additional features. Supreme costs 11.00 USD per user/month and adds Board Views, Custom Dashboards, Supreme Integrations and view-only licenses. It is the required plan if private OKRs and KPIs matter.

Paid subscriptions include online OKR 101 training and in-app chat support. Customers buying 50 or more user licenses receive three free hours of expert coaching. The pricing note gives paid pricing from €8/user/mo (annual), while the plan prices are shown as 9.00 USD per month for Premium and 11.00 USD per month for Supreme.

Platforms

Perdoo is available on the web and through iOS and Android mobile apps. Its API supports teams that need to work with goal data in reports and dashboards. The interface is available in Dutch, Finnish, French, German, Italian, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese (Brazil) and Spanish.

Who it's for

Perdoo is a strong fit for organizations that want strategy execution, OKR and KPI tracking, progress reporting and performance routines in one place. Its integrations and API suit teams looking to connect goal tracking to existing work systems. Small teams can start free, while organizations that require private goals should budget for Supreme. It is a weaker fit when private goal visibility is essential but the higher paid tier is not.

Verdict

Choose Perdoo if you want strategy, OKRs and KPIs linked to progress reporting, integrations and performance routines, with an API for goal data. The free tier makes it practical to start with a small team; the decisive reason to look elsewhere is the need for private OKRs or KPIs without moving up to Supreme.
