Hirebridge Engage
Hirebridge Engage is an AI-powered talent engagement platform for building a candidate network and activating it when roles open. AI sourcing searches public profiles, matches candidates to job descriptions, and imports sourced candidates with enriched contact data. Talent pools centralize records with segmentation, advanced search, engagement scores, and bulk actions. Outreach includes email and drip campaigns, two-way SMS, events, branded talent pages, and an embeddable chat widget. Engage can run alone, synchronize with Hirebridge Recruiter, or connect to ATS platforms through REST APIs and webhooks; Enterprise offers custom integrations. An MCP server provides OAuth-secured access for compatible AI tools. Candidate data is encrypted in transit and at rest, kept in a dedicated tenant database, and not shared across organizations; the service states SOC 2 compliance.
