TrueConf
TrueConf Server combines video meetings, messaging, webinars, and remote collaboration in a self-hosted platform. Organizations can run it on premises inside a corporate network, including without an internet connection. Eligible licenses support conferences with up to 2,000 participants; the perpetual Free edition allows up to 10 participants, 1,000 messaging users, one guest connection, and one SIP/H.323 connection. Collaboration tools include chats, file and content sharing, recording, polls, reactions, and conference scheduling. Listed integrations include Active Directory and LDAP, SSO, SIP/H.323 systems, corporate calendars, APIs, and SDKs. The service can connect to SIP PBXs so users can call PBX subscribers from its client applications. Described AI features include noise reduction, background blurring or replacement, and meeting transcription and summaries. TrueConf lists MFA and trusted zones, as well as DLP integration for Enterprise. The free plan is perpetual; the paid TrueConf Server plan is $10 per user per year.
